Neck, Back, and Shoulder Pain

Neck, back, and shoulder pain are among the most common reasons people seek chiropractic care, and for good reason. These areas carry a heavy daily load from desk work, driving, lifting, and sleeping positions. Over time, stiffness and strain can build into persistent pain.

The evidence is encouraging. In a randomized trial (Bronfort et al., 2012, Annals of Internal Medicine), spinal manipulation and home exercise with advice both outperformed medication for acute and subacute neck pain over 12 weeks. For low back pain, the American College of Physicians recommends spinal manipulation among its first-line, non-drug options (Qaseem et al., 2017).

At Onkels Chiropractic, we combine adjustments with posture coaching, ergonomic advice, and simple exercises you can do at home. Our aim is not just short-term relief, but helping you build habits that protect your spine.
