Pelvic Misalignment
The pelvis is the foundation of your posture and the link between your spine and legs. When it becomes rotated or uneven, whether from an injury, pregnancy, prolonged sitting, or asymmetrical movement, the strain can travel up into the low back and down into the hips and knees.
Our evaluation includes posture and gait analysis, orthopedic testing, and, when needed, referral for imaging. Treatment may involve gentle adjustments, soft tissue work, and targeted exercises to improve pelvic stability. Research supports manual therapy and exercise as helpful options for common low back and pelvic complaints (Qaseem et al., 2017).
By addressing the root of the imbalance, we aim to help you move more evenly, reduce recurring pain, and get back to your normal routine.
